Stevie + Granola DK = The hand knit tee you'll want to live in all Autumn-long! (Ok, and also for most of Winter and Spring, too.)

This cozy tee, designed by Elizabeth Smith, features a-line shaping with a sweet eyelet design sloping down the sides.

Marry that with Granola DK, my newest base that gets softer and more t-shirt-like with wear, and you have yourself a wardrobe staple that you will want to knit multiples of!

Granola DK is a non-superwash DK-weight yarn made up of 70% Fine Organic Merino Wool, and 30% Hemp.

This is such a cool and unique yarn! The Organic Merino is super soft, while the Hemp fibers have a bit of crunch that softens even as you are knitting this up.

I knit mine pretty much to-pattern, aside from adding 4 rounds to the yoke depth before dividing for the sleeves- make sure you measure yours at this point as well. If your row gauge is a smidge off, it's super easy to adjust it here. Just look at the schematic to see how much depth you should have, and if you need to add some plain knit rounds before dividing for the sleeves or not.

Also- I knit this in TWO WEEKS, y'all! 🥳

I did have days where I knit on this a lot, but I also had days where I hardly picked it up at all.

This was such an easy and enjoyable knit! If I didn't already have my knitting needles over-committed with sample and test knits, I would have started a second one as soon as I finished this one. I'm definitely going to have to knit a cropped version at some point to go with my high-waisted jeans, as well as a slightly longer tunic-length one to wear with leggings. 🥰

You can find Granola DK in the select colorways shown below.

If there is a colorway you'd like it dyed on that doesn't show Granola DK as an option- Please don't hesitate to reach out and inquire about a custom order by emailing me at: jensen@sugarplumcircus.com

Since this new base takes the dye a bit differently than my Superwash yarns, it will be added to most of the semi-solid colorway listings as I am able to dye it up for new stock photos. 📸

Happy knitting! ☺️
