Do you wholesale?
~ I am not adding new stockists at this time, however I do occasionally travel for trunk shows.

When will your shop be re-stocked?
~ I restock Ready-to-Ship yarns randomly throughout the month.
Subscribe to the Sugarplum Circus emails and/or follow Sugarplum Circus on Instagram to get notified of any new colorways and major re-stocks.
Returns/Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
~ Dyed-to-Order yarns are considered custom orders, and are not eligible for return or exchange. These are final sale yarns.
~ Ready-to-Ship yarns may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the condition they arrived in.
Once the yarn(s) have been received on my end, and verified to be in the original condition, a refund/exchange will be made.
Shipping fees, however, are not refundable in either direction.
Sugarplum Circus Rewards FAQ’s
I forgot to use my Rewards Coupon, can you add it for me?
~ I cannot. Rewards Coupons need to be used at the time of checkout. Since there are no expiration dates on the Rewards Coupons, you can save your coupon for a future order.
