General Info and FAQ’s


PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING
• Colors & Lighting: Photos are a representation. Colors can appear lighter, darker, or shifted in tone depending on screen settings and time of day or lighting when you view the yarn both in-person and online.
• Base Variations: Different yarn bases absorb dye uniquely. Because Sugarplum Circus yarns are hand-dyed in small batches, expect slight nuances in depth and tone between different fiber and weight bases.
• Project Planning: We strongly recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project all at once, as hand-dyed batches vary. For large projects, please alternate skeins every few rows to help prevent pooling.

CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• Our Process: All Sugarplum Circus yarns are thoroughly rinsed and washed with Eucalan, a gentle, conditioning wool wash.
• Color Runoff: Highly saturated or bright colors may still experience minor color runoff during the first few washes. We highly recommend making and washing a swatch for multi-color and/or high-contrast projects.
• Washing: For best results and to prolong the life of your hand-mades, always handwash in COLD water with a gentle wool wash and lay flat to dry.

RESTOCKS

• Ready-to-Ship yarns are restocked randomly throughout the month. Subscribe to the Sugarplum Circus emails and/or follow Sugarplum Circus on Instagram to get notified of any new colorways and major re-stocks.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Dyed-to-Order yarns are considered custom orders and are not eligible for return or exchange. These are final sale yarns.

• Ready-to-Ship yarns may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the condition they arrived in.

• Once the yarn(s) have been received on my end and verified to be in the original condition, a refund/exchange will be made. Shipping fees, however, are not refundable in either direction.


REWARDS

I forgot to use my Rewards Coupon, can you add it for me?

• I cannot. Rewards Coupons need to be used at the time of checkout. Since there are no expiration dates on the Rewards Coupons, you can save your coupon for a future order.


SHIPPING

• Ready-to-Ship orders ship within 3–7 business days of purchase.

• Dyed-to-Order items ship within 2–4 weeks of purchase.
