Do you do any custom orders?

~ I do not offer any custom orders for my handmade progress keepers at this time. 

Do you offer Preorders or Reserved listings?

~ I do offer Dyed-to-Order options for select yarns. Check the Dyed-to-Order tab for the current selection.

Do you wholesale?

~ YES! I am currently accepting wholesale accounts for my hand-dyed yarns.

I am unable to meet wholesale needs and pricing for my handmade progress keepers.

Do you combine shipping on multiple orders?

~ Absolutely! I sort orders by name when I package, and automatically combine multiple orders under the same name. I also credit back any excess shipping fees, less the transaction fees at that time as well.

When will your shop be re-stocked?

~ I restock yarn randomly throughout the week.

Progress Keeper updates are usually scheduled and announced about 24 hours in advance either on Instagram or via email.

I forgot to use my Rewards Coupon, can you add it for me?

~ I cannot. Rewards Coupons need to be used at the time of checkout. Since there are no expiration dates on the Rewards Coupons, you can save your coupon for a future order.

If I place multiple orders, can I use more than one Rewards Coupon?

~ No. I always combine multiple orders to save on shipping fees as well as materials. Since the combined orders will all go into one package, only one Rewards Coupon can be used per combined/total order.
