Yarns are wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper.

Orders are shipped in ecoenclose mailers made from recycled materials.

 

Processing: Ready-to-Ship orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Dyed-to-Order items ship within 2-4 weeks of purchase.

 

Shipping:

Domestic orders up to $99.99 are shipped via USPS First Class.

Domestic orders of $100+ are shipped via USPS Priority.

 

Domestic First Class: $6.75

Domestic Priority: $8.75

Domestic Orders of $200+ : Free!

 

Please note that Sugarplum Circus is not responsible for any items delayed, lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped.

I can not replace, or issue a refund for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has been received by the United States Post Office.

If you have placed a Domestic order for under $50, and would like it shipped Priority with Insurance; you can select the “Other method available” in the Shipping section at Checkout, and you can select Priority Shipping at that time.
